aspects of the product and processes in the organization.
o Complete BRS (Business Requirement Specifications) on how your products will function in the
business system.
o Communicate Product information to the entire Business Division.
o Product Training on Field, Call Centre Sales and Business Partners, as well as product awareness to
inter departments.
o Liaise with Billing and collection departments on product related issues.
o Liaise with technical and support departments on product related issues and resolutions.
