A quick walk through…
At the time of interview
At the time of interview, candidate’s thumb impressions are taken 
Every scan is recorded as attendance. User need not enter such details explicitly.
If the system finds a match, it shows (1) Candidate’s details (2) his/her interview history (3) alerts ,if any 
User can go through details and take decision. User can also set a new alert for the candidate, if required
If system does not find any match, candidates details can be recorded. Additional details help in tracking legacy 
alerts, if any. System admin can configure additional details as per organization’s policies
Pub signifies public (shared) detail. In this case, only photographs is shared detail
When you catch someone
Records of the candidates with alerts are highlighted. Filters / advanced search help in refining search results
Only details of the candidates enrolled by the organization can be searched
One can set an Ethics Alert by recording the unethical action(s) of the person
Confirmation is taken before recording an Alert
