3. Phase I – Let the learning be fun!!!
Tie-Up with TeachForIndia/ Khan Academy/ MakeADifference, bring Schools under the umbrella of Social Responsibility through
students themselves which would also simultaneously act as the database.
Urban school should adopt a rural school
Steps to engage Urban Schools –
• Mentorship program needs to be embedded as a part of curriculum for following reasons –
• Social awareness amongst citizens from the childhood
• Removing the urban-rural knowledge resources gap
• Students should be encouraged to pick videos from the likes of Khan academy make their own videos in their native language
or they could use classroom sessions of teachers for voicing videos in local languages
• Professors will review the translations.
Contact Premium Schools – (this operation is in running at SPJIMR – Abhyudaya Program)
• Target Cities – Capitals plus other big towns in India (maybe simply the big 7)
• Approaching Schools in order to gain popularity and establishment

Once the videos and concept goes viral, other native language speaking students will use and thus more schools would join.

learning of English language when he knows that it is just a problem postponed?

• Faculty shortage wont hurt the functioning.
• Exceptional students could carry further studies in mentor school.

Urban 1,77,812
Total 10,30,996
6. Phase II – Corporates
FUN
FACTS
As per Companies Act, 2013; companies meeting the requirements need to allocate 2% of their previous 3
years avg profit for CSR
- Pitch to the corporates after we reach the milestone for phase-1.
- By giving them the milestone for phase 1 which includes the amount of content developed, number of unique content
developers we have and the number of rural schools who have adopted our model, no of views from the rural areas on the
“dubrooed” videos and how long it took for you to achieve the milestone1.
- Emphasize on how much difference they can make in the rural education, if they start being a part of this project as a part of
their “CSR” activity.
- Corporates further supporting the Government agenda of “Skill India”.
Where all they can be a part of this project?
They can be a part of the content development team
They can adopt a village to educate. One village per corporation.
The long term target is to convert all the educational videos in youtube (700k+ ) into all regional and local languages of
India.
This gives us the much required brand visibility, quality content development and also proper review about our product.
