Across the Australian public sector, more and more organisations are utilising eLearning as a key part of their organisational training
and learning and development strategy. eLearning offers significant opportunities for the public sector to increase staff engagement
and interest in learning and professional development, develop a more flexible approach to training delivery, and take advantage of
innovative new learning technologies.
A small number of public sector organisations have highly developed and successful eLearning programs, but the vast majority have
