Designation: Senior Content Analyst – Estimates Validation & Quality
Verify and authenticate the Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance sheet, Fund flow and Cash flow statements written by sell
side analysts for all the public listed companies and also ensure the accounting basis by making sure the financial data is per the
definition of GAAP/IFRS.
Analyzing company’s historical financial data using various sources includes press releases, SEC/regulatory filings (annual
reports, 8K’s,10-K's 10-Q's, etc)
Analyze and interpret the company’s corporate event announcements such as Mergers & Acquistions, Spin-off, shares
repurchase etc…work closely work with Company IR and sell side analysts to maintain correct projections about the company’s
performance.
Verify the company reported results/performance; validate the trend of earnings surprise, key factor in driving company’s share
price.
Preparing and maintaining documentations on new or existing policies, also training the data teams as appropriate.
Work with the Sales team/internal stakeholders to ensure a co-ordinate approach to the support and effective use of analytical
content and workflow-streamlining components of our solutions.
2. Performing robust quality checks of the financial data and taking action steps to prevent the erroneous data by working closely
with quality assurance/technology team & product team.
Doing quantitative analysis and identify the loopholes in the process set up/data flow, suggest and implement changes in data
flow in consent with internal stakeholders.
Providing valuable inputs & suggestions to Commercial support/ management on the change required in existing policy, or
need of additional data metrics for they usage of clients by doing market intelligence.
Analyze and prepare internal metrics reports and deliver presentation to the Senior Management for decision making.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy & integrity of the financial data; investigate potential issues &
provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Introduced new policy on dual listing companies, which ensures the quality of the data, is correct for both the listings.
Analyze and maintain the integrity of multiple data sets & products to maintain timely and accurate financial data at all times.
Proactively managing customer issues and major incidents as an escalation point.

Projects:
Initiating & completing projects on an ongoing basis in a timely fashion by doing data analysis, document the areas of

Successfully completed the Butter File project much before the deadline. The project aimed at database clean up & was very
critical considering the impact it had on the clients.
