one another.
In the professional environment it is
essential to use different verbal skill in
certain situation.
5. TYPE OF VERBAL COMMUNICATION
VERBAL communication it refers to the form of communication
in which the message is transmitted verbally.
It is done by either word of mouth and a piece of writing.
Verbal communication should always be simple and precise.
Example
Talking on the phone.
Conducting interviews.
Talking to clients.
Giving presentations

ideas in clear language to diverse audience.
It requires the background skill of
presenting, audience awareness, critical
listening and body language, such as

It has no legal validity and hence will lead to problem in certain situation.
