The proposed magazine, Gaming Central, aims to educate readers about upcoming games while maintaining an entertaining format. It would contain reviews and descriptions of various strategy, adventure, action, and fantasy games. For each game, there would be a back-spread describing the characters, weapons, surroundings, and more. The target audience is primarily males ages 16-20 with psychographic profiles including belonging, achievement, emulation, need-driven, and balanced traits. Some content like blood and stereotypes could potentially offend audiences. To address this, the magazine would carry a 16+ rating. Depictions of different gods could also offend religious groups. While striving to prevent offense, the creator acknowledges some groups may find issues.

Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? Material some people might find offensive is
the amount of blood some of the games have and some stereotyping in them
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? I would put a 16+ on my magazine to prevent
younger audiences viewing the magazine for their safety
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? The usage of different gods is inside the
magazine which could offend those who believe on one god
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I would try to prevent as many people from getting
offended but there would always be a group which would find a way to get offended
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? Yes but only titles and pictures
already released to the public for use
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? Yes since I’ve created my own title and formatting with nomakrs of other companies
within.
