Objective




 Draw and Describe what a plant looks like in Spring
 and Summer.
How PowerPoint Helped
 The pictures showed specific parts of the plants life
  cycle that students could see close up.

 It gave them a visual to look at as I describe the plants.


 Gave them ideas on how to do their plants.


 Kept them focused and interested in the lesson.
What Went Well
 Doing riddles at the
  beginning of the lesson
  to grab their attention
  and remind them of
  what each season was
  like.
 Showing the power point
  helped to keep them
  focused on the lesson
  and let them see visually
  what I was talking about.
What Needs Improvement
 The assessment I gave
 the students of having
 them draw their own
 pictures needed
 improvement.
Effective Technology Integration
   The students did not use technology is this lesson.

2. Using a projector and power point presentation were
   essential in making this lesson and helping the
   students to understand what I was talking about.
3. The technology of the power point does focus on the
   subject area and not the technology.
4. This lesson was made easier with technology by it
   gave the students a visual image of what I was talking
   about.

  • 2. Objective  Draw and Describe what a plant looks like in Spring and Summer.
  • 3. How PowerPoint Helped  The pictures showed specific parts of the plants life cycle that students could see close up.  It gave them a visual to look at as I describe the plants.  Gave them ideas on how to do their plants.  Kept them focused and interested in the lesson.

  • 6. What Went Well  Doing riddles at the beginning of the lesson to grab their attention and remind them of what each season was like.  Showing the power point helped to keep them focused on the lesson and let them see visually what I was talking about.
  • 7. What Needs Improvement  The assessment I gave the students of having them draw their own pictures needed improvement.
  • 8. Effective Technology Integration The students did not use technology is this lesson. 1. 2. Using a projector and power point presentation were essential in making this lesson and helping the students to understand what I was talking about. 3. The technology of the power point does focus on the subject area and not the technology. 4. This lesson was made easier with technology by it gave the students a visual image of what I was talking about.
