  • 6. Ensure learning mirrors real life Explore learning and ideas in context to deepen meaning. E.g. if doing customer service training for a Call Centre don’t strip out the communications element. This will not fully equip the Agent to deliver exceptional service. Rather, do comms skills with them on real issues whilst processing on the system and most of all do it fast… they need to respond fast on every call.
