3. Decide on your lesson plan objectives
It is very important part to create any
lesson plan. It is OBJECTIVES .
First have to know what is the
objectives. Lesson plan will be
decided according to objectives.
4. How to outline a lesson plan
Remember that every lesson plan
should include individual work. To keep
things organized, my outlines included
the estimated time spent on each
section.
5. Decide the Methods
It’s really important to decide on the
methods you are going to use to teach
the content of your lesson. For
example- group discussions, individual
reading or lectures. Lesson would be
changed as your teaching method.
6. Create Materials
Make teaching materials which you are
going to use in class room. Such as
Reuse workbook materials. Photocopy
exercises from a textbook, white-out the
answers
Pictures on the worksheet
Puzzles of any type are fun and can help
to quiet down an energetic class etc.
Find creative ways to add visual aids.
7. Create Back-Up Activities
You should have plan of back up
activities. Some time you might think the
activities you have planned will take just
the right amount of time. But if student are
finished their work before the time then
you need to keep them engage till end of
the class. Here you need your back up
plans.
8. Plan But Don’t Over-Plan
You should spend just enough time so you
know exactly what you want to achieve
from the lesson and how you will do this.
You don’t need to plan for every possible
eventuality.
9. Evaluate
First ask to you is this lesson plan or
activities worked to accomplished your
objectives.
Get advice from other English teachers.
10. Thank you
