Duties and Responsibilities: - Store Supervisor
• Ensure all the receipts materials from suppliers are entered on the
same day. Ensure quantity & quality received as per Purchase
Order. If any shortages from suppliers then inform to warehouse
manager and purchase manager.
• Ensure all material records (In/Out) are recorded on same date.
• Quarterly take physical stock inventory of Warehouse and submit
the variance report (between system stock and physical stock)
within one day from the date of physical stock verification
process.
• Provide necessary help to warehouse data entry operator as and
when required.
• Prepare issue & receiving report & updated the stock balance.
• Supervise to assistant store keeper in the operation of store.
• Prepare purchase request for all required material & tools & follow
up with purchasing unit.
• Equipment racking & organizing warehouse systematically &
orderly.
• To carry out quality control checks, to count & maintain stock
records periodically.
• To be responsible for completion & prompt submission of all
related paperwork & weekly send all original document to head
office.
• Contacting purchasing department to deliver material as needed.
• To ensure accuracy in all paperwork and delivery quantities.
• Work closely with management for follow up material purchasing.
