I am a friendly professional with a background in psychology, behavioural and organisational change. After
gaining exposure to different business and social environments across Europe, my appetite for Digital and
Fintech Space have led me to consolidate experience to date and pursue a career where my eagerness for a
versatile, flexible and resilient work has helped the company to achieve great results. In my current role in
Alcove, I’ve gained exposure to both public and private ecosystems delivering business objectives while
building strong relationships in diverse and challenging environments. In doing so, the experience has made
me confident in handling human behavioral diversities and further motivated me to help business
stakeholders in identifying resolving conflicts and well as improving adoption to change.

Professional Experience
Alcove Ltd – Executive Business Support Mar 15 – Present
Role Starting as an internship to hone key academic skills, I joined Alcove an awards winning
IoT digital care startup, with a view to enable the setup and build the foundation of the
business. Once established, my role grew to management, currently leading a quality
assurance project to scope positive adoption of technology in the social care environment.
Key achievements
Leading a Quality Assurance project ensuring a positive adoption of the Alcove system across ETG
schemes, delivering monthly meetings with scheme managers to discuss about performance, system
management issues and actions for improvement.
Liaising with suppliers, clients and Alcove directors to ensure installations and maintenance works
are delivered on time.
Responsible for Alcove customer support quality control, delivering site visits to verify company’s
standards are met.
Generating new business opportunities scoping UK based care and support organisations in order to
integrate Alcove in their business model for new developments as well as leading support for Alcove
roll-out in new ETG builds.
Accountable for quarterly reporting to the directors on progress against company’s performances and
agreed targets.
Implementing a very successful Social Marketing strategy following a consumer-centred approach,
in order to motivate consumers into action and support sustainable behaviour change. Gaining digital
exposure across different social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Twitter
account performance increased from 300 to 20200 followers (up to date) in less than a year.
Managing ongoing in house CRM Salesforce customisation liaising with software developer
consultants to design and implement changes, ensuring quality standards and delivery times are met.
Accountable for generating invoices, PO, quotes and business proposals.
Managing recruitment, onboarding and training process for junior and mid senior positions.
Project managing external consultancy work on behalf of Alcove Ltd in change management and
business performance.

2. Ryohin Keikaku Europe Ltd – Muji: Retail Assistant Manager Sept 14 – Feb 15
Role Terminating my MSc studies I wanted to gain work experience in a very busy
environment with high client facing relationships. Therefore retail gave me the right
people exposure where I also forged some analytic and training skills on a day-to-day
basis.
Key achievements
Developed a successful teamwork strategy to ensure excellent customer service and daily running of
shop floor activities in order to increase sales.
Managed store allocation of goods ensuring delivery deadlines were met building strong
relationships with warehouse suppliers, delivery companies and clients.
Carried out weekly consumer behaviour analysis comparing sales trends with social marketing
techniques in order to improve financial performance and producing monthly HR store management
reports.

leads daily/ 450 leads total target).
