Was a member of a Large scale project to help discern the frustrations being felt by
clients with Xerox’s Services team. I compiled a years’ worth of data for the team to show
what the main complaint was to help drive an improvement process.
Worked in a team to create a business strategy and marketing plan for Lombardi’s
Imports. We assisted them in brand recognition, customer retention and improvement of
their current business model.
