· Led categorization and clean-up of over roughly 230,000 work orders at The Friendly Home and Linden 
Knoll. Analyzed data, devised standardized descriptors, and added asset numbers. Results: Completed, 
enabling valuable, comprehensive reports by room and/or asset number. Identified all preventive maintenance 
routines and made monthly reviews possible. 
· Initiated implementation of Lean and Six Sigma practices into my procedures at the office to simplify and 
expedite work flow. Results: Identified areas where data were consistent on a daily basis and tracking was 
unnecessary. Through redesign of entry process, reduced number of keystrokes to carry out the same tasks. 
Analyzed trends in data tracking, standardized input to ensure accuracy, and design easy-access reports for 
departments. 
· Designed, created and maintained extensive database to ensure timely delivery of Xerox magazines 
(ConnXtions and Dimensions) to divisional employees and communicators worldwide. Researched and 
pinpointed key personnel throughout 129 countries. Results: Increased more than 10-fold the number of 
countries covered, helping to deliver mission-critical, positive information to a worldwide base of employees. 
Frequently communicated in German with recipients and other contacts. Resulted in Customer First Award. 
Won Xerox Customer First Award for this project. 
· Designed, created and maintained extensive database and filing system for all divisional products at Xerox. 
Compiled and validated detailed spec sheets; expanded and standardized format and content. Results: These 
files became the corporate repository/information source for two divisions at Xerox, enabling quick retrieval of 
data and reduction in turn-around time on requests. Won Xerox Customer First Award for this project. 
· Streamlined Xerox press release process on an on-going basis, designed simplified formats; revamped and 
consolidated departmental filing systems, press release databases, and label making process. Results: Reduced 
number of steps needed to provide answers and solutions; documented, refined and simplified daily processes to 
improve group’s turn-around time on tasks and requests. 
· Reconstructed Xerox media and consultant databases from scratch, reorganizing them to be more logical and 
user-friendly. Reviewed the media and consultants in question, adding and eliminating firms as necessary to 
focus on target audiences. Pinpointed key publications and essential contacts within them. Collaborated with 
product teams to assess and expedite the processing of technical data requests. Results: Increased number of 
documented e-mail addresses from 20% to 98% and fax numbers from 84% to 94%. Overhauled data structures 
and reporting templates to streamline the time-critical distribution processes for press materials.

· On all database projects, designed and implemented data verification procedures and carried them out on a 
scheduled basis. 
· Designed, wrote and disseminated public relations procedures manual to field reps. Developed, refined and 
maintained documentation for office procedures in several positions.

faculty. In addition to standard duties, screened, hired, supervised, and evaluated student assistants. Developed
