(Ireland) Preparation and planning for campaign. Compiling HSE notifications, perform risk
assessments for programmes, attend meetings with Clients and various third party
companies.Witness all third party equipment, witness all pressure tests on all equipment.

Offshore: Work on Platforms,semi subs, Light well intervention vessels (Seawell/Enchancer
DSV’s) and work in the Irish Sea for Kinsale. Work includes well maintenance, heavy duty
fishing,slickline,electric line, well abandonment’s, decommissioning of wells, perforating,
setting/pulling plugs, cut tubing, PLT’s,camera’s Weltec tractors, Capillary dip test string
(reduced size coil tubing)coil tubing. Conduct daily report system on Wellview and
Openwells. Responsible for all permits required for intervention and completion projects
under the ISSOW level 2 as P.A,Hold pre job safety meetings,weekly safety meetings and
TBT/TOFS as required. Issue programmes and work instructions and MOC if required.
Ensure that the programme is followed and changed accordingly within health and safety
regulations. Report and produce Lessons learned, NPT,NCR and all STOP and safety
programmes. Prepare EOWR’ for review from line manager.Orginise logistics for all
personnel also logistics for all third party equipment, under the Well services department.
Apr 11-Apr 14 ENQUEST-Completions and Well services supervisor
