I was assigned as a Controls Night Lead on the SNEPCo, Bonga NW team in Nigeria. I acted within a team
that was responsible for all equipment coming and going for offshore operations. During this hitch I tested
a TIC (Tree Interface Cap), THRA (Tubing Hanger Running Assembly), rebuilt a Torus IV connector that
was having issues with hump pressure, and did various PSM (Preventative Service Maintenance) on
equipment. During all operations I was in charge of HPU operations, fluid sample readings, building
manifolds for pressure testing and chart readings. Also help create a PSM tracking list for the team to use
so we knew what work was on going and what was completed, as well as being responsible for all sign offs
on any books for equipment that I was working on.

Worked as Lead TSP on installation of HP cap for Suncor. The cap is actually a Vetco Grey TRT that was
slightly modified to act as a HP cap to form a secondary barrier on a HXT. Retrieved debris cap handling
tool from HGR rig and pulled debris cap from top of HXT. Preformed pressure test on primary L and U/L

6. circuits as well as secondary L and U/L circuit before splashing and locking on HXT. Also did a As/Is and
As/Left survey of the HXT.

utilized to ensure successful project with direction and recommendation from myself to my technicians,
ROV crew, driller, subsea engineer and company reps. Down hole reading were conducted for down hole
ops such as plug setting and cement jobs. Jumper flush ops were successful (gas lift and oil producing) ROV

completed open water from the Q4K. Retrieved the last Mensa feild Lower and Upper XT on A2, hydraulic

customers request from topside.Configured the WOM IRS with HFL hydraulic capabilitiesin casethe field had
failed hydraulics.Job was completed within the customers time frame and successfully with 100 % customer

Acted as lead technician and re-visited UI2 and PI1 wells for Shell to finish decomplete. Responsibilities
included managing crew of 5, inventory of equipment. Deck testing of THRT assembly with ROV panel
installed for a open water retrieval of a TH. Completed JSA’s and held meetings on the drill floor discussing
work to be done. Assisted in ROV operations, as well as clear communications with Shell logistics
coordinator for procuring equipment to and from the dock. Pulled TH up to production tubing and broke
THRT from TH. Pulled XT, THS, and Dry Hole XT’s from well heads. Sent equipment back to beach for

Lead technician on high profile job for Shell. Responsibilities included running a crew of 12 for a kill and
decompletion. Work scope included inventory of equipment, nitrogen pre charges of accumulators on
Monobore HPU and accumulators on EDP/LRP. Completed deck testing on the rig. Managed crane ops

8. and JSA meetings before RIH and POOH. Set up 24 hour monitoring of equipment via Smart Tool, as well
as 24 hour monitoring of pressures on HPU. Monitoring on HPU was done through Smart Tool as well as
physically for redundancy. Setup 30 min checks on HPU to verify pressures were being maintained.
Constant communication with FMC engineers, Shell CM and 3rd party companies involved with job to
ensure quality work and to verify no steps were being missed. End of job break down of all equipment
completed and shipped back to Houston.

functions. Clean and inspected stabs, connector and cycled valves. Prepared electrical check for LRP.
Pressure tested hydraulic control lines to 3000 psi and stroked all valves and checked accumulator pressure
for any leaks. 5 min and 15 min pressure test of 10,000 psi and 250 psi.
