3. 2. Worked in East India Enterprise in the toughest terrain of the North Eastern Region (Mizoram). The
project of joining all the north-eastern region together with Optical Fibre.
OFC Network Maintenance
 Patrolling is aimed at preventing cable disruptions along the OFC routes daily on fixed stretch.
 Preventive and Corrective Maintenance is carried out as defined by the SLA / SOW.
 All fibers are tested for the block sections and reported every month.
 Any defects in the fiber or in any of the associated equipment are attended to, in consultation with the
Customer at site.
 Repeater stations and the optical equipment installed for alarms are monitored.
 Breakdown OFC Maintenance includes 24*7 mobilizations of equipment and skilled manpower for fault
identification and rectification.
 Test link attributes like the splice loss/link loss after the rectification of fault are corrected.
Deployment of O&M teams to carry out Splicing and Termination of Optical Fiber Cable.
Splicing and Termination of Optical Fiber Cable
 Maintenance of OFC routes 24*7 for Routine OFC Maintenance and Breakdown OFC Maintenance.
 O&M team has a supervisor, splicer, assistant splicer, patroller and a helper for every range defined by
customer.
 Mode of transport of patrollers is customer specific.
Deployment of FRT team
As per the customer's requirement we deploy:
 An FRT team consisting of a splicer, an assistant splicer, and a helper.
A four-wheeler with a driver is available 24*7 with all the equipment (Splicing machine, OTDR, Power Meter,
Portable Genset and supporting tools).
3. Worked for Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd. (JDIL) as Mud Logging Service Engineer.
Joined on April- 2013 and still worked.
Roles and Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of all field sensors.
Commissioning and Maintenance of data acquisition system.
Operating system / Software Installation Windows2000, XP.
Maintenance of Gas Chromatograph.
Maintenance of Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer.
Installation of Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S), CO2 and N2.

4. Periodical calibration of all field sensors and central system.
Installation of alarm parameters inside and outside units.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of Pressure Transducers and Transmitters.
Installation and commissioning of Pressure Gauges, Load Cells.
Calibration and servicing the sensors at site as well as factory.
Gas Detection and Analysis
Monitoring, Detecting and recording of Hydrocarbons return from the well through Hydrocarbon Analyzer.
Analyzing the components of Hydrocarbons from Methane (C1) to Pentane (C5) through Gas Chromatograph.
Extraction gas from mud through vacuum mud still (VMS) for chromatography analysis.
Detection of Toxic gases like H2S, CO2 and N2 through continuous Monitoring and Indicated with Alarms.
• Installing, Commissioning and maintenance of all the sensors from Rig Floor to Mud Tanks. Calibrating and
maintaining them for better performance.
•Fully responsible for pre-job planning and mobilization.
•Operating and maintaining a real-time computer-based data acquisition system, the advanced logging system
which records all aspects of rig activity.
•Supervision and coordination of all aspects of geological well site operations with contractors and the company to
ensure that well objectives are achieved on time.
•Send geological reports to the office each morning giving details of the drilling activities, lithologies encountered,
assignment of stratigraphic tops, cutting description, hydrocarbon shows, gas analysis, correlations, MWD/LWD
and directional drilling data etc.
•Identification of lithostratigraphic boundaries, casing setting depths and core points. Analysis of cuttings including
its sedimentological interpretation, shows and reservoir quality: clastics and carbonates. Porosity and permeability
estimation from cuttings and picking conventional core points making onsite description.
•Monitor and evaluate all data in order to identify abnormal indications of unforeseen or hazardous events, inform
the relevant drilling personnel of potential dangers, indications of drilling assembly wear/failure, etc.
•Liaising with town and advising, at any time of the day or night, regarding possible changes to or sidetracks from
either the planned wells or current well paths as well as provide both assistance and guidance to the drillers in
drawing up any new sidetrack proposals or revisions to the original planned well paths in order to reach the
requested targets more efficiently.
•Advise the drilling personnel of any significant lithology change, or other geological parameter, which might affect
the safe and efficient drilling of the well.
•Previewing all ASCII or LAS log and survey data given to the client by the contractors in the field for both

5. accuracy and completeness as well as promptly transmitting the same data to town electronically.
•Perform Local Risk Assessments to ensure that hazardous operations are minimized, controlled or procedures
are put in place to minimize the hazardous nature of the operation.
•Assist the head subsurface operations in the integrated analysis of well data and in preparing intermediate and
final well report.
