 Generate weekly report for IT employees & submit to the managers
 Generate fortnight report for Aon employees & provide data to the managers
 Processing bills of Blue dart and Professional courier for Xchanging – BPO/IT and Aon
 Take approved signatures of immediate supervisors of employees and approved mails for
clients for processing bills.
 Processing bills for ID cards, transportation & all other vendors on a monthly basis.
 Maintaining data of all bills & submit it o the manager on a monthly basis
 Daily review of CCTV recordings & highlight if any incidents or issues
 Once a month send a confirmation through mail of no toward incidents.
 Help events team with transportation, food & other coordination during any monthly
Internal or external events.
 Help recruitment team in short listing the right candidates for projects, do the initial
filtering & then process the right candidates
