WORK HISTORY
09/2007 to 09/2008 Electrician’s Apprentice
A’N’J Electrical- Jersey City, NJ
While working with A’N’J,I learned to do many things. Such as examine electrical units for loose
connections, examine out of order insulation, and make connections tighter using hand tools. I also
learned to strip insulation from wire ends, by means of wire stripping pliers, and fasten wires to
terminals for later soldering. Disassembled faulty electrical equipment, change flawed or damaged
parts, and mend equipment, by means of hand tools. Physically carried tools, materials, equipment, and
supplies to work site. Thread ends, attach couplings, and put together and secure support brackets. Drill
holes and drag or drive wiring throughout openings. Find short circuits in wiring with test meter.
Determine, cut, and turn wire and conduit. Preserve tools, vehicles, and utensils and keep parts and
supplies in order.
09/2008 to Current Service and Culinary Professional (mid-management)
Red Lobster – South Plainfield, NJ
As an employee at Red Lobster, I have been directly involved in many facets of improvement
within the company. I have not only led our training program within the restaurant for many years,but
I have also had the esteemed pleasure of being a key part in the development of our company-wide
training programs. During my tenure at Red Lobster, I have worn many 'hats' and have rapidly risen
through the ranks by quickly excelling at the tasks given to me. On a daily basis, I interact with
customers by creating an atmosphere of hospitality and resolving customer issues should one arise.At
the end of each shift, I am responsible for preparing reports that involve staff, food, and sales control.
By working with my direct managers,I have instituted many systems that are still in place. These
systems have helped us to achieve the highest scores in cleanliness and organization, in our quarterly
company audits, that the restaurant has ever received.

As the head of maintenance, I was responsible for developing a team of student workers for the
purpose of dorm upkeep. My team and I, regularly handled air conditioning repair, light fixture
replacement, and plumbing assembly repair. I was solely tasked with coordinating schedules, managing
service request distributions, and equipment ordering.
10/2013 to 11/2014 Receptionist/ Cafe host
Open Road Honda of Edison – Edison, NJ
Organized, stocked and maintained the reception window area. Improved the customer waiting
area quality of service by instituting systems that came closer to meeting the needs of customers(I.e.
Changed the existing coffee brewer to a digital cappuccino maker. I was able to rework the budget to
decrease spending while improving quality in all areas that I controlled. Saving the dealership over
$25,000 annually).
11/2014 to 03/2016 Lead BusinessDevelopment Coordinator
Open Road Honda of Edison – Edison, NJ
I was tasked with leading a group of individuals talented in customer service. By utilizing various
'Customer Relationship Management' systems, we reach out to previous customers and new customers
for repairs, recalls, and services performed by the Open Road Honda service department. Our
departments' focus is to ensure that our customers feel valued and important through our personalized
and specific service.

Open Road Honda of Edison/Handsof Hope for the Community – Edison, NJ
Since the creation of my voluntary role, I’ve had the esteemed pleasure of establishing a positive
community presence for Open Road Honda of Edison geared towards giving back and developing the
surrounding neighborhood. Not only has this position allowed me to work on many projects with
Hands of Hope for the Community (the local food pantry), but I’ve also had the privilege of
coordinating projects and fundraisers for many other organizations (I.e. Toys for Tots, Habit for
Humanity, and the local animal shelter). The most successfuloutreach effort being our ‘Strike Out
Hunger’campaign that runs year round with an annual bowling event designed to raise awareness and
funds.
03/2016 to Current Loaner Car Fleet Manager
Open Road Honda of Edison – Edison, NJ
Responsible for directing the fleet of loaner vehicles and dealing with the day-to-day operations.
Managing contracts and developing new business, scheduling service, and repair programs.
Coordinating the replacement of existing fleets and ensuring the security of the vehicles when not in
use. Tracking vehicle mileage, fuel costs, service schedules and maintenance histories.
