Working as a Satellite Installer I got to meet and work with customers first hand in their homes to provide
them with the best customer service experience possible through product education/knowledge. My
responsibilities were to be the face of Directv through satellite installation, service call maintenance, and
hands on customer service, while working as a team to improve company productivity through proper
communication and team building programs on a weekly basis.

As a dynamic dispatcher (routing coordinator ) for Directv I learned how to monitor technician activity
working with both the field administrators and site supervisors to better hone the most potential out of the
daily routes to help improve company productivity and customer experience. I was also responsible for
any customer issues within my routing region, both Directv customers and technicians involving past due
arrival calls and pulling customers forward for an early service call.

While employed with AAoneE Appliance Installation, I was responsible for all customer orders, providing
customer service, along with scheduling and routing of all contractors within our company. I also
managed the in shop warehouse as well as proper product recycling. Working both in office and on the
field with other appliance installers.

I worked for King Soopers as an All-purpose customer service clerk for 2 years. While working I learned both
management and regular retail positions. From working the grocery department to running the front end

Working for Wal-Mart supercenter in both Arizona and Colorado I gained experience in Stock inventory
management and operating heavy machinery. The machinery I operated were the sit-down forklift,
Scissor Lift, and the electric pallet-jack. I also made it my personal goal to help every customer to the
fullest I could offer to help provide exceptional customer service.
