GM Excellence is a new single program that streamlines GM's dealership performance programs. It combines SFE and GM Mark of Excellence under one umbrella while retaining their core structures and benefits. Dealers can now enroll in either SFE or GM Mark of Excellence separately. Enrollments will still be separate in 2009 due to differences in enrollment processes, but a combined enrollment is being considered for 2010. Both programs will now share common sales objectives and CSI targets through the new GM SFE Dealer Recognition program.
