So this app will make them aware of the fashion
trends being followed everywhere.

This app will update the people about latest trends
and will help to let them try on them in 3-D view
and then purchase the product at an affordable
price.

The initial target is to reach 30,000
subscribers in 9-12 months with a
conversion rate of (2-5%) from free to

Our company’s initial target is to reach
out to youngsters who idolize celebrities
and look up to them for fashion
statements.

Initially the company focuses on the app
publicity through social sites for the first
9-12 months after which it is expected to
generate a revenue of Rs 40000 a month .
Then it will shift it’s focus on other bigger
promotional factors like celebrity
endorsement, sponsoring etc.

Then revenue will increase from ads shown
in the app which will generate Rs.10 per
click and Rs.60 per 1000 ad impression.

everything from needle to a washing machine online . But before
buying clothes or shoes they definitely want to try on themselves
so that they don’t have to go through headache of returning
things. So this app will let them try it on them using a3-d view and
then decide whether to buy or not.
Value Offering
• Customer value- any person by singing into the app can get
access to latest fashion trends. The app will automatically update
the user about it . Also by drawing a 3-D image of a person the
user can see whether the dress or shoes etc matches his/her
personality and then can purchase it at a discounted price.
• Collaborator Value – The collaborator will have to pay only 10%
to the app from his profit margin.
Product & Services
Free Version – people can buy clothes and
all at a discounted price just by registering in the
app.
Also they will get free access to 3-D view for 10
days on their first registration.
Paid Version
Users will get access to 3-D view so that they
can try any dress or footwear virtually by paying
Rs 60 per month limited to one user per
registration.
Entire app will be ad free.
Videos of different fashion statement from
round the globe.

So this app will let them try it on them using a3-d view and then decide whether to buy or not.
