2. Our documentary will be broadcast on radio
stations such as Capital FM and Real Radio.
These were chosen as they are popular radio
stations with listeners that suit our age range.
Although we chose not to use radio stations
such as Radio 1, as this is owned by the BBC
(Which is a rival broadcasting station to
Channel 4 - which is the channel our
documentary will be broadcast onto), and so
it would not be suitable to advertise on.
3. We will broadcast our advert during the morning rush hour (6:00-10:00), as it relates
to the theme of breakfast, and also, because it is ‘rush hour’, there will be a variety of
many listeners. Our target audience would also varied from parents to children and
to senior citizens. For example, a parent could be dropping off their kids to
schools, therefore the parent and the children would be exposed to our
documentary.
