Risk Plan always helpful for organization to address the issues which has potential to put the project on risk as well as the organization and people. We often neglect the problem and try to avoid them but addressing the risk and proactiveness helps project to be successful.

Risk Management Plan Internal use only
What is Risk?
“Risk is defined as any unprecedented event and accident if happens and poses the negative affect to our Project.”
What if we don’t treat Risk?
Every organization has Risk in some forms but if we don’t acknowledge, they become an ISSUE and requires immediate attention.
There have been potential risks associated from external effect such as; Earthquake, Typhoon, Tsunami, Political unrest, Terrorist Attack, Epidemic, Complete or partial
Lockdown, Blackouts but we are preparing this Risk plan to address the internal Risks which is highly associated with our ongoing project. We have already established
our standard protocols under our Communication plan.
Objective
To assess our effectiveness from system recovery, functional & operational recovery and to define what is it at stake.
Business Philosophy
We (Dolphin Software Inc.) as a responsible organization serving the purpose to provide our utmost priority to our intact projects, clients and the businesses who are
highly depend on our capabilities and professional work ethics to meet the challenges and overcome with measurable results.
Business functions are vital for everyone, whether it’s an individual, group, society or the economy. Therefore, it is must for us to operate effectively, without any
excessive interruption. This Contingency Plan establishes comprehensive procedures to recover us quickly and effectively during any recovery phase. We have added
all our project stakeholders in the risk assessment plan with their respective Impact and Probability for the success of our ongoing Alpha Automobile project.
However, the Impact and Probability may change significantly as the project progresses. We will be notifying you before any significant changes in the dashboard and
our IT charts. As a protocol, appropriate personnel will take a necessary action to recover and replace (Individual, components, system etc.) at our site. In the final
reconstruction phase, actions will be taken to restore the affected system or process with our best capabilities to normalize the operation and has been recorded in our
project manuals.
Please follow the Risk Management Plan as a guideline for unprecedented events which may or may not in our control to happen, but prevention is better than cure.
Remember this quote from Benjamin Franklin: “If you fail to plan you are planning to fail”
