7. Return address The address of the letter writer (your address).

8. Greeting This part of the letter says hello and includes the name of the person you are writing to. Include a comma after the greeting.

9. body This is where you write the purpose of the letter. Talk and ask questions to the person you are writing to.

10. Complimentary Closing This part of the letter says goodbye. Sign your name at the end of the letter.
