Dear Kim,

        How was your semestral break? Did you get to enjoy it? Did you go on your trip to
   Macau as you had hoped? They say Macau is a beautiful place.

          Sadly, I was not able to enjoy my vacation since I got sick. I had to stay at home to
   get a nice rest. I had to drink a lot of medicine, eat vegetables and fruits the whole time.
   The only time I got a chance to go out was when we had to go to the doctor for check-up. I
   did not really think that I would be spending my break that way.

            Even so, I am looking forward to see you soon. There is lots of news to catch up on.
