Circulation Executive
• Able to execute membership activities and retention
campaigns, while managing integrated marketing
activities.
• Capable of supporting marketing and promotions in
data entry, telemarketing, social media, etc.
• Minimum diploma preferably in marketing or in a
technology-based discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in
digital marketing and data management.
• Understand social media and tech-savvy.
• Capable to multi-task, meticulous with strong
organizational skills.
• Must possess own transport.
Education Development Manager
• Capable of ensuring end-to-end process of the
education programme development initiatives in IBBM,
while making responses to consultative documents
across a variety of topics in regards to banking
education and quality assurance.
• Minimum bachelor's degree preferably in Education
Management, Curriculum Development or other
relevant disciplines. Master's degree will be an added
advantage.
• Minimum 8 years working experience preferably in
education sector, either in professional bodies or
education and learning environment with at least 3
years in managerial position.
• Working knowledge and experience on qualification
framework and accreditation will be an added
advantage.
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and development
in education and training in business and finance
industry.
• Resourceful in research and an analytical thinker.
Head of Finance and Operations
• Capable of planning, implementing, and evaluating
country-wide budgeting, financial planning, contr ol,
account and reporting policies to support IBBM
operations.
• Knowledge in risk management and able to address
any financial or IT concer ns.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Accountancy
and a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accounts
(CA). Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• At least 15 years working experience preferably in
education sector either in professional bodies or
education and learning environment with at least 5
years in a managerial position.
• Ability to see beyond set parameters, translate macro
strategic plans into action
• Strong business acumen and solution-driven.
• Minimum age of 35 years old.
Marketing Manager
• Capable of initiating and executing marketing strategies
and activies, consistent with meeting the Institutes's
objectives and guidelines.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing or any
relevant discipline. Master's degree will be an added
advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience with at
least 3 years in managerial position.
• Understand data analytics and tech-savvy.
• Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizes workload to
meet deadlines for a variety of marketing 'deliverables'.
• Optimistic and self-motivated
• Posses own transport and willing to travel.
Membership and Certification
Administration Executive
• Capable of handling membership processing
administration, examination administration, new/r evised
membership structure or certification programme
implementation, customer service and information
provision and records administration.
• Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business or
Education.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with
supervisory duties, preferably in an education/training
environment.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good information analysis skills with detail-orientation
and high standards of accuracy.
• Customer service mindset and has the drive to go the
extra mile in delivery.
Promotions Manager
• Capable of promoting and educating stakeholders of
our training and advisory services.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any
relevant discipline. Master's degree will be an added
advantage
• Minimum 5 years working experience.
• Understand social media and tech-savvy
• Resourceful and have a creative flair in design.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
Research Executive
• Able to monitor and track developments in both
financial services and educational industries.
• Able to analyse and synthesise information collected to
be disseminated in the form of publications, bulletins
and speaking events.
• Minimum degree in any discipline (post-graduate
qualification holders preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, (prior working
experience in research/banking/training will be an
added advantage).
• Capable of multi-tasking, meticulous and strong
organizational skills
• Those who have a good list in publications would have
an advantage.
Knowledge Management Executive
• Able to provide administrative support towards
delivering quality and timely products and services,
while maintaining the resource centre (physical and
virtual).
• A diploma or degree holder preferred.
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Experience in library and knowledge management will
be a strong point.
• Strong coordination skills with an eye for quality,
thoroughness and timeliness.
• Capable of handling concurrent assignments.
