1. Though ShopClues is having a large number of logistic partners in that
case ShopClues.com should improve their logistic services like if they Tie-
up with Indian Railways (RMS).
2. The best way to deal with this problem or bottleneck is like here in this
sales forum the ShopClues E-commerce Company should also come up
with new products which will in turn promote ShopClues to the
customers.
3. ShopClues should come up with television marketing and provide toll
free numbers for purchasing their products in tier I and tire II cities.
Other thing that they can have trade fairs to get penetration in to the
rural areas.
SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE THE
PROCESS
Task best practices: Task best practices focus on
optimizing single tasks within a business process. Task
elimination:
• Delete tasks that do not add value from a client’s
viewpoint
• Task automation; Introduce technology if automated
tasks can be executed faster, with less cost and with
higher quality
• Case Manager: Make one person responsible for the
handling of a specific case. Give workers most of the
decision making authority and reduce middle
management
