FirstCry.com, an online and offline brand providing range of
products for babies, kids and moms.
We are Asia's Largest Online Portal for Baby and Kids Products.
We have over 2 Lakh+ Baby and Kids items from 2 Thousand+ top
International and Indian brands.
Born in 2010 out of a desire to solve Indian parents’ problem of not
having access to the best brands and products for their babies and
kids.
THE IIM MIND BEHIND THE STARTUP
Unlike most of the entrepreneurs who choose
for employment first and then move to
entrepreneurship, Supam directly jumped
into the war.
Soon after completion of his Post graduation
from IIM, he began working on a project and
launched the same in 2000:BRAINVISA.
As choices for baby products in India were
quite limited around eight years ago, he used
to buy a lot of them during his business trips.
Thus he discovered an opportunity and
conceptualised FirstCry.com.

The company aims to be the single leader in the market for baby products
in India. FirstCry.com has to be ‘the ultimate destination’. Our focus will be
on constant innovation, improvement and value addition to leverage the
customer experience. Since there is a dearth of quality baby stores available
in India in any city within a distance of 5 Km,
thus we are here to expand our stores as well and fill that gap.
ACHIEVEMENTS

 Consistently growing at more than 100% growth rate and being the largest e-
commerce player with an Omni channel business model with a focus on mobile,
physical store and web.
 Facebook is the most engaging platform for the brand and it has witnessed over
517000 fans over the platform. Its Twitter page has around 2100 followers.
 Conferred with “Most Popular Online Site” award in Child Awards held at
Delhi (2013)

As choices for baby products in India were quite limited around eight years ago, he used to buy a lot of them during his business trips.
