This document summarizes Bourne Leisure's energy management training program for site teams over 2017-2018. In 2017, 61 delegates attended a 2-day conference and training, with 47 passing qualifications. This resulted in a £2 million utility cost saving. In 2018, 56 delegates attended, with 20 passing qualifications. While immediate savings were not seen, the training engaged attendees and identified further opportunities. The "Back to Basics" training equipped teams with knowledge, skills, and motivation to change habits and processes, putting the company on track for more utility reductions.

– 2 day conference at Primrose Valley Haven Park
– 56 delegates who have maintenance responsibilities at
our sites, many coming back for a refresher course
– EMA approved LEC 2 Energy Reduction qualification and
EMA approved LEC 3 Technical and Operational Module
in Hospitality
– 20 Delegates passed (35%)
– Result: No immediate impact on utility consumption
savings as seen the previous year
