He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

as it allows people visiting the site to
buy the music that the band have

the video page. This shows all the
music videos that they have
created and includes links to
them. This is useful to fans that
are visiting the site as they can
easily find a music video and
watch it.
The music page features all of the albums
and music that the band has ever made.
This is both useful for new and old fans.
Old fans have an easy access to all of their
music and can find the songs that are
their favourite. New fans can use this
feature to find more of the music that
they like.
4. There is a link to the band’s
Instagram page which features
posts on what they have been
doing and meeting with fans. This
provides good publicity for the
public and is a good marketing
campaign.
Clicking on store takes the fan to
another page to buy merchandise. This
is useful for the fan because they are
quickly able to find the thing they want.
It is also useful for the band as they can
sell their products to their fans gaining
profit.
