  7. Examples – in music Dizzee Rascal and Radiohead set up their own labels – but still went with record labels. Amanda Hocking signed a book deal. Subutai went with Amazon. Curtis Brown, agents, partnered with Macmillan to form Bello.
  8. Ebooks and digital publishing in the UK
  9. iBooks and Kobo – hopes for Google, Sony and a host of other players. Aggregators and subscriptions coming in. Kindle charts are the most important commercial consideration.
