Provide high quality supply chain expertise in the areas of Inventory management
and control processes through analysis of historical and budgeted data. To
implement strategic, operational and tactical plans to build a robust inventory
management functions with designated countries or regions. Manage inventory in all
aspects to the designated areas. Maintain stock integrity between database and
physical stock at warehouses and other stock keeping locations. Identify & implement
automation of process and reporting where ever possible.
Take full accountability on the management of hardware and services for the
responsible region from receipt of goods to the warehouse till to the customer and
from Customer to the warehouse during Installations, maintenance, retrievals,
upgrades etc. This includes producing required database, keeping updated business
rules and configurations and reporting. This position also need to support on other
supply chain functions as and when such requirements arise.

Duties:
• Manage Inventory team in ( Egypt , KSA and Bahrain ).
• Coordinate with all supply chain functionalities
• Ensure stock availability at all required locations to support new sales,
Maintenance of existing customer hardware, upgrades etc.
• Identify / Forecast Purchase and warehouse stock movement requirements.
• Identify stock replenishments at Dealers, Installation Companies and staffs
levels
• Ensure full database integrity with physical transactions and stock.
• Identify area of improvements and ensure that system and process are
retuned and fine tuned to meet time to time business requirements.
• Thorough follow up with Orbit-Showtime stock holders to ensure monthly
reporting, reconciliation, iron out discrepancies, invoice stock that are not
reported.
• File and/or store the documents in an orderly manner that ensures all future
reference with respect to management queries, audit requirements etc.
• Share knowledge amongst the team; train Dealers, Technicians and Direct
Sales staff on stock maintaining, reconciling and reporting.
