Sellout Result: - Manage program changed historical rate
Balance Aging: - Risk management though actual accrual balance
aging checking, monitoring Estimate, Actual balance aging by
program
b.) Biz Management/Sales Program/ Sales Deduction trend report is
prepared on a daily and monthly basis. Management use these
reports to know how much the company spend for their promotion for
each product.
c.) Sales Admin Report performance is prepare on a monthly basis
d.) Sales reports by products are prepared on a daily and monthly basis.
Management use these reports to forecast future sales and make any
necessary sales planning.
e.) Sales report by salesman is prepared on a daily and monthly basis.
Management use these reports to know the performance of the
salesmen.
f.) Monthly Sales Performance Report. Management use these report is
to know the final result on sales result (for the particular month) and
also to be share in Monthly business Review(MBR) Meeting
g.) Customer Sales Achievement/ progress Report is prepared on a daily
and monthly basis. This report is used to know which customer has
achieved their sales target and growth
