Royal Shell Real Estate knows that every opportunity for a buyer to see your home is important. Because of this we have invested in a service to maximize your availability. To do this, we outsource our showing desk to Centralized Showing Service, an online system and professional call center designed to provide greater opportunity for any agent to schedule a showing. They also screen agents to know who is making the appointment. In addition, this system automatically requests feedback from all showings, emails you the feedback and keeps this all in a historical log. SELLER BENEFITS:

Royal Shell Vacations and Rentals manages over 2,000 properties for either vacation, seasonal or annual rentals. High visibility of Royal Shell on their first visit is the start to a stream of future buyers. We want to guide the experience from their first visit to our area, to purchasing a vacation home of their own. We put our extensive real estate offerings in front of them prior to arrival, during the check-in process and throughout their visit.
