• A batch EDI interface of sales orders is run on a regular basis. In the
case of a fail then the right person needs to be notified.
• An EDI or Mobile sales order line for product ABC has order price less
than $14.99... notify customer services manager.
• A change has been made to allow SAP_ALL access to an existing user.
The compliance manager needs to be aware to make sure it’s authorised.

• A Master data change has been made which is incomplete or
inconsistent and needs to be flagged immediately
• A price discount error was made which would involve over
discounting on a sales order line.

• EOP Issue - SAP transaction VFX3 reports SD Billing documents which
are blocked for integration with FI.
• Key Job Monitor - If the named job(s) is cancelled, an Alert is
immediately sent to the IT manager
• Unprocessed EDI TXT Files - The Alert is designed to highlight any
EDI files which are not processed at a specific time.
