Processing any transaction would require the user to select an option under “WHAT
DO YOU WANT TO DO”
Once user selects what he wants to do, IDOS takes over and guides the user on what
to do, how, what supporting documents are needed, what standing instructions
apply to this transaction, what are the monetary and budget limits, etc.
IDOS identifies the branch and applies taxes applicable at that branch and user
need not compute taxes.

Alert mechanism:
• IDOS enables head office / auditors / management to set up unique alerts for
statutory and operational aspects such as monthly tax filing, renewal of
registrations, submission of expense claims, submission of MIS reports, etc.
• A week before the due date, IDOS will provide real-time information to CFO /
concerned Managers regarding which branch has completed and which
branch has not completed the task.
Reconciliations:
• IDOS has created a simple and unique workflow which will help reduce (in
many cases eliminate) need for customer / vendor reconciliations.
