Primary Education
• Primary Education - Primary education lays the foundation
towards building a pool of capable and empowered citizens.
Investment in education will enable the citizens to participate
in the growth process through improved productivity,
employment, and wages. This would drive sustained economic
growth for decades. Some facts related to primary education
in India are as follow.
1. 58% of children do not complete primary education in India.
2 .10 crore children in India are two or more years below their
grade level.
3 . 40% of standard five students in rural India cannot solve
simple two-digit subtractions.

Privatization
• India is very large country and there are 28 states in
which there are about 12,85,576 schools which are
providing primary education in India, and monitoring this
huge number of schools efficiently is quite difficult task.
• According to my model I purposed that education system
should be privatised on state level.
• For this privatization prior standards for teaching
,infrastructure , study material and food is to be decided.
• A 3 tier(distric,state,central) arrangement for monitoring
the system should be made.

Benefits of Privatization
 As privatization is done on sate level it is easy and efficient to
mange the system.
 Corruption is stopped and quality of education will be
improved because companies are bounded to give standard
results.
 Proper utilisation of funds.
 Private sector introduce new concept of learning like E-
LEARNING ,DIGITAL CLASSROOMS etc and maintain
