low ?
A : approximately 10 to 12 months for
the whole building to finish together
with all the interior design, finishings
and furniture complete.
Q : How much is the cost to build ?
A : a normal bungalow house can cost
1.5 million to 1.8 million but it all de-

6. Q : How many workers are required for this
small project ?
A : it requires about 2 - 3 people for the
consultant team and 3 - 4 people for the project
managing team.
Q : Your roles and responsibility in the proj-
ect ?
A : basically architects are the main people
in a project. We are the ones who design a
certain building. We are the ones who play
the major role here. Before the construction,
we have to produce drawings and explain the
drawings to the client and to the team mem-
bers like civil engineer, mechanical engineer
and to the contractors. During the construc-
tion, we have to be aware of what is happen-
ing around us during the project and moni-
tor all the sections. After the construction,
we have do the last paperwork and record
all the things that happened during the con-
struction. We also must be very precise and
be very detail in all things so that there wont
be any issues with the clients after the con-
struction is done. Architects will be the ‘Cap-
tain’ of the team when a project commence.

this project ?
A : 4 person for each consultant and managing

Q : Your roles and responsibility in the
project ?
A : the roles and reponsibilities are the same
as I mentiod earlier in the project 1. But you
will be carrying even a big responsibilities
compared to project 1. Here I want to tell you
about the drawings we, architects need to pro-
duce. First, we have to come up with a concept
design as our client requires. Then, do amand-
ments to the concept drawing if there is any
changes. After that we can carry out the proj-
ect construction. After the building is complet-
ed, produce a record drawing of what are the
changes have take place during constuction.
We must carefully explain all the details to the
contractor or any other worker there so they
would understand and carry out the exact plan.
