This document outlines a lesson plan for a high school physical education class. It aims to teach students about healthy eating and exercise over the course of a week through various technology-based activities. The class consists of 14 boys and 6 girls between 14-18 years old from a range of backgrounds. Each day focuses on a different activity to engage students and help them develop their own opinions on physical education, like creating posters, videos and presentations using tools like WebQuest, QR codes, Photoshop and Pinterest. The goal is to have 80-100% of students understand basic healthy living basics by the end of the week.
