This document outlines a lesson plan for a high school physical education class. It aims to teach students about healthy eating and exercise over the course of a week through various technology-based activities. The class consists of 14 boys and 6 girls between 14-18 years old from a range of backgrounds. Each day focuses on a different activity to engage students and help them develop their own opinions on physical education, like creating posters, videos and presentations using tools like WebQuest, QR codes, Photoshop and Pinterest. The goal is to have 80-100% of students understand basic healthy living basics by the end of the week.

2. Analyze The Learner
 High school students
 14-18 years old
 Range in height, weight, gender, age, values, race, and
beliefs.
 Most students learn visually.
 Some students have short attention span.
 There are 14 boys and 6 girls in the class
 50% of the children in class is white, 30% is black, 10%
is Hispanic, and 10% is Asian

3. Main Objective
 By the end of the week, my high school students, 80%-
100%, will know the basics of staying healthy and
exercising. To help my students retain the information,
we will preform WebQuests, do in class presentations
of posters they made watch videos, find history
concerning sports, and find information about healthy
eating. I want my students to develop their own
opinion about Phys. Ed. while also seeing the opinions
of others.

(General Overview)
 Day 1- WebQuest of favorite sports team and healthy
eating
 Day 2- Make QR and Voki of their own
 Day 3- Make Pinterest involving pictures about Phys.
Ed.
 Day 4- Use Photoshop to create a picture involving
Phys. Ed., Sports, being healthy etc. Anything
involving physical education.
 Day 5- What 21st Century pillar of education does this
go best with?

5. Use of Technology
 WebQuest to find information about the importance
of physical education.
 QR and Vokis for a fun way to find information about
Phys. Ed.
 We can use Pinterest to make an account to find
pictures and information about Phys. Ed.
 Students can use Photoshop to create pictures so they
can show examples of their favorite sports, teams,
exercise, or healthy eating.
 Students use PowerPoint to show what 21st century
pillar of education best goes with physical education.
