2. Analyze The Learner
High school students
14-18 years old
Range in height, weight, gender, age, values, race, and
beliefs.
Most students learn visually.
Some students have short attention span.
There are 14 boys and 6 girls in the class
50% of the children in class is white, 30% is black, 10%
is Hispanic, and 10% is Asian
3. Main Objective
By the end of the week, my high school students, 85%-
100%, will know the basics of staying healthy and
exercising. To help my students retain the information,
we will preform WebQuests, do in class presentations
of posters they made watch videos, find history
concerning sports, and find information about healthy
eating.
4. Day by Day Breakdown
Day 1- WebQuest of favorite sports team and healthy
eating
Day 2- Watch videos on how to use equipment
Day 3- Make posters concerning Phys. Ed.
Day 4- Make podcasts concerning on how Phys. Ed.
can be beneficial.
Day 5- Make and read blogs concerning sport, exercise,
and it’s benefits.

WebQuest to find information about the importance
of physical education.
In class presentation of information they found doing
the WebQuest using their posters.
Educational videos to provide more information.
Podcast presentation to class to provide information.
Using PowerPoint to make posters.
