TRX
Introduction
• Training with TRX is perfect in case you want to improve some aspects
such as:
-Stability
-Flexibility
-Power
-Strength
-Agility
Why are these aspects important?
-With them you can reach a whole body training session.
-TRX helps you to train all these aspects.
-There are lots of different drills which can help you to train every
single aspect.
Stability
-It is quite important above all in gymnastics.
-It helps you a lot and this way you will be able to maintain the balance
easily.
-TRX allows you to train it thanks to the suspension training which is
possible thanks to the ropes.
Flexibility
-This aspect is essential in every single sport.
-Stretching is necessary and it is quite recommendable to stretch after
every TRX session.
-In every sport flexibility should be taken into consideration.
Power
-Power is essential above all in strength.
-Trx includes lots ot drills in which strength can be trained.
-There are different levels and the intensity can vary depending on the
person.
Strength
-The strength along with the power are very important aspects which
can be trained with TRX.
-The muscles can be strengthened in many different ways. The intensity
will vary depending on the level.
-It is important to adapt each drill. Very demanding drills could be
dangerous and some people could get injured.
Agility
-Agility is especially important in Sports which are related to speed.
-With TRX there are lots of different drills which can be perfect to train
it.
-Agility could be mixed with running. You could mix 10’ seconds
sprinting and 30 seconds completing a TRX drill.
Mixing all the aspects
-All the aspects explained could be mixed by training with a circuit
which includes lots of different drills.
-Mixing aspects is recommendable as it is less boring for people and
you can train every aspect in a training session.
-Beginners should start working every aspect.
Conclusion
-With TRX it is possible to train every single aspect.
-Aspects can be trained in different levels depending on the person.
-In a workout it is possible to mix all the aspects with a circuit.

  • 3. Why are these aspects important? -With them you can reach a whole body training session. -TRX helps you to train all these aspects. -There are lots of different drills which can help you to train every single aspect.
  • 4. Stability -It is quite important above all in gymnastics. -It helps you a lot and this way you will be able to maintain the balance easily. -TRX allows you to train it thanks to the suspension training which is possible thanks to the ropes.
  • 5. Flexibility -This aspect is essential in every single sport. -Stretching is necessary and it is quite recommendable to stretch after every TRX session. -In every sport flexibility should be taken into consideration.
  • 6. Power -Power is essential above all in strength. -Trx includes lots ot drills in which strength can be trained. -There are different levels and the intensity can vary depending on the person.
  • 7. Strength -The strength along with the power are very important aspects which can be trained with TRX. -The muscles can be strengthened in many different ways. The intensity will vary depending on the level. -It is important to adapt each drill. Very demanding drills could be dangerous and some people could get injured.
  • 8. Agility -Agility is especially important in Sports which are related to speed. -With TRX there are lots of different drills which can be perfect to train it. -Agility could be mixed with running. You could mix 10’ seconds sprinting and 30 seconds completing a TRX drill.

Mixing all the aspects -All the aspects explained could be mixed by training with a circuit which includes lots of different drills. -Mixing aspects is recommendable as it is less boring for people and you can train every aspect in a training session. -Beginners should start working every aspect.
