This document discusses outsourcing help for a global project and the need for teacher expertise and leadership. It provides instructions for students to comment on each other's handshakes by April 10th and discusses assigning students to Popplet to answer starter questions in small groups. Next steps include checking teacher supervision of groups and completing all student and teacher handshakes with comments by April 10.
