A lead magnet refers to an enticing
piece of digital content that is used to
create a lead.
Marketers typically use lead magnets
to grow an email list.
The term gated content is associated
with lead magnets because content
cannot be accessed without
providing something in exchange.
Lead magnets, in a perfect world, are
designed to trigger FOMO in the user.
