 Current I working with Sumul Dairy, Surat as Executive Officer in Production since 15 July 2013
in Milk pouch packing section as well as in Powder plant (spray drying 15- TPD).

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
LOOKING AFTER OVERALL PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT OF POWDER PLANT AS
WELL AS MILK PACKAGING SECTIONS.
(1) AMUL SPRAY INFANT MILK POWDER (SABAR DAIRY, ASP-30 TPD)
 Producing ASP with 3 stage spray drying, 5 Effects evaporator plant.
 Powder plant automated by GEA Process Engineering Private Ltd, Baroda. Make: L&T
Company. Capacity: 30 TPD
 Production & packing of product as per ISO procedure.
 GMP,HK & PERSONEL HYGIENE maintenance system & record keeping
 Trouble shooting of problems occurred during production.
 Maintenance of the plant.
 Training for plant operation to the new joiners.
 Training & development of working staff.
(2) POWDER PACKAGING SECTION
 Planning of Different Packaging Varieties of Powder According to the Demand.
 Total Manpower Handling of Section
 Maintaining ISO, Personnel Hygiene, House Keeping Documents and Training for Workers.
 Analysis of Customer Complain and Relevant Defects in Products As Well As in Packing
Material.
 Total M/C for Different Packaging Varieties of Powder as well as tin packaging Machine.
 Setpac & Samarpan (FFS) M/C, Nicrom, (single & double head), Freeum, Rovema, Roto Seal
etc.
(3) SKIMMED MILK POWDER (SUMUL DAIRY, SMP-15 TPD)
 Producing SMP with 3 stage spray drying, 5 Effects evaporator plant.
 Hands on experience of operating PLC controlled powder plant.
 Make: Alfa Laval Capacity:15 MT
 Production & packing of product as per ISO procedure.
(4) MILK PACKAGING SECTION: (8 - 8.5 LAC LIT. MILK & BM / DAY)
 Planning of different varieties of milk & butter milk according to the demand and for timely
dispatch.
 Total manpower handling of section
 Maintaining ISO, Personnel Hygiene, House Keeping documents and training for workers.
 Analysis of customer complains and relevant defects in products as well as in packing
material.
 Total 36 m/c for different varieties of milk & butter milk.
 3 RMC made 6 lit m/c and others like SETPAC & SAMARPAN (FFS) M/C.
