 Take over General Manager responsibilities
 Carry out quality control daily inspection
 Conduct internal training ( GMP ) to operator
 Handle customer’s visit and complaint
 Prepare the HACCP document / SOP / Quality Plan
 Conduct internal quality audits to ensure that all documented quality activities are performed
