 Determine program eligibility by doing income eligibility calculation through
developed excel spreadsheets.
 Responsible for calculating rental assistance verifying monthly assistance request the
move in, re-certification Inspections, follow up re-inspections, complaint and exit

monthly basis. Analyzed interpreted and evaluated contracts leases between clients

 Counsel clients and structure improved financial housing plans for client’s monthly
expenses to promoter client empowerment. Contacted client on a monthly basis and

 Obtain Care Plan for Ryan White case manager every six months.
 Manage and maintain 48 units for low income housing buildings. Prepare Work
Orders to be completed by Maintenance Crew.
 Collect Rents, input collected rent on Rent Roll excel sheet, and post collected rent
into Fund Ez Program. Process Eviction if and when needed.
 Prepare for any and all on site file monitoring’s for Miami Dade, Miami Beach, City
of Miami and HUD. Up dated and Maintain Building Licenses required for Non
Profit Housing Assistance Buildings
 Represent Management in evictions and termination of building and program, and
