Solution Design document and/or Engineering, Transition, and Planning documentation review to support the
projects. Manage resource allocation and level of effort meetings, along with weekly project reviews and
project assessments with PMO. Monitor and control project progress through life cycle phases by updating
project site on project server and project plan through MS project, and provide weekly status reports to
management. Coordinate vendor management meetings to control and monitor procurement and deliverables
through statement of work (SOW). Monitor and control vendor quotes, purchase orders, approvals and
contracts. Create and update project documents, create change request orders and attend Change Advisory
Board (CAB) meetings for change order request approvals. Analyze issues, risks and impacts, and mitigate
when necessary. Manage issue and change logs through thorough analysis of assumptions and constraints. I
also manage other operation and support projects for Banking Systems Implementation, Temenos T24 Core,
Database Warehouse, Oracle Database ODA, among others to support the business units at Citco.
• Managing a VDI program to be rolled out throughout Citco's enterprise to increase security measures,
provide more control to the technical teams supporting the business, and instant support mechanism
24/7 in a centralized manner
• The VDI program is budgeted at $4.4M, with a planned finish date by 4

quarter in 2017
• A core image (also referred as Golden Image) has been created with applications, pools and persona
management to be deployed and installed onto the Pilot and DR infrastructure. These two phases are
budgeted at $1.3M
• The remainder of the program phases consist of the VDI roll out throughout the enterprise in a
distributed solution design effort to be installed at a combination of 20 remote and local accessible site
locations, including Data Centers (Production and DR)
