client’s procurement application to Release 12, working with the client to resolve multiple complex ERP integration issues.
 Project Manager for Oracle iStore Direct Punchout for a Producer of Chemicals, Safety Products, and Laboratory
Equipment. Directed the creation of a Java-based solution that empowered iProcurement users to Punchout to the client’s

 Technical Lead for Ariba Buyer Customizations/Support for Autodesk. Served on a six year project to design and

working with the card provider team to define the format of the bank charge file and instituting a customized charge

 Technical Resource in the Rollout of the Ariba T&E Module to India for a Global Financial Services Firm. Leveraged
superior technical expertise to configure the Aribe T&E module for deployment in India, customizing a TIBCO integration
framework to extract data from an India instance of Oracle Financials, defining a bank file format, and populating
purchasing card charges in Ariba.
 Enhancement Coordinator for all External AT&T Hosted Clients. Over the course of five years, coordinated the
processing of enhancement requests, delegating tasks to developers, balancing workloads, and estimating the scope of
