Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a
Master’s degree in Urban Affairs from Hunter College, City
University of New York. She received her coach training from
the Fowler-Wainwright Institute of Coaching and is certified in
Board Training through the United Way Linkages Program and
in Campaign Management training through the Women’s
Campaign School at Yale University. Additionally, Ms. St. Hilaire
was trained in Human Resources Management at the Harvard
Extension School. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa
Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Personalized programs that will allow the participants to create goals for themselves and then
format a mapping system that will help them be successful. The system will be in the form of
pictures and words of inspiration that will encourage them as they go through the process. You
will complete your sessions empowered with the tools and a plan to meet your objectives.
Skills/Knowledge:
A positive attitude and the desire to be successful are needed to participate in the workshop.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to express some short and long term goals.
